FAQ's

Orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days in our warehouse, unless otherwise noted in the product description, or if there is a pre-order item in your purchase. Estimated delivery times apply after your order leaves our warehouse and depends on the shipping method you selected. We will email you tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders received over the weekend and on holidays will be processed the following business day. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 30 days and you will be given the option to cancel your order.

Items are sent by USPS (United States Postal Service), FedEx, or UPS (United Parcel Service).

Domestic orders typically take 2-7 days to be delivered.

Please allow three weeks before shipping (or less). It depends if we have jacket in your size available.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update on your package. Clicking on the tracking number in the email will direct you to a tracking page. If this does not work, you may need to copy and paste the tracking number from the email into the appropriate shipping service.

If your order is sent via USPS, the tracking number will begin with a 9 and is 22 digits long.

Orders sent via UPS have tracking numbers that typically start with 1Z and are 18 characters long.

FedEx tracking numbers can be 12 or 15 digits long.

We will accept unwashed/unworn/unopened merchandise for return within 15 days of receiving your order (within 30 days for shipments outside of the United States). The return date will be determined by the postmark on the returned package.

We cannot accept returns on the following items:

Any apparel item that has any obvious signs of use, such as damage when opening the packaging, or smelling like it has been washed or worn.Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Unfortunately, we no longer accept exchanges. We will provide you a refund upon receiving the item(s). Feel free to re-purchase the item(s) again once the funds have been returned to your account.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for returns and exchanges to be processed. When your order has been refunded, it may take between 3-7 business days for the money to appear back in your account.

EXCHANGES- If you have received your jacket in a size which does not match your measurements and the mistake has been made on my end, please contact us. We will exchange your order, without any costs. But please keep in mind - if you did not measure yourself correctly or gave wrong measurements, no exchanges will be offered. 

I do not accept custom orders returns, but I can exchange your product. 

However, you will have to cover the costs of second shipping. Exchange must be done within 5 business days after receiving your order.  If you have any questions - contact via private message.

We are unable to change your order after it has been placed. If you wish to change your order, it will be processed as a cancellation and a refund will be issued. You will then be able to place a new order for the correct merchandise.

To cancel an order, contact customer service no later than 24 hours after purchase.

We are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been shipped.

When your order has been refunded, it may take between 3-10 business days for the money to appear back in your account.

A pre-order item is one which is available for sale, but has not yet been released. The release date of a pre-order item will be shown in the product's description, and the item will ship on or shortly after this release date. Although the item will be shipped at a later date, pre-orders are charged at time of purchase.

You will be notified if an item's release date has been changed. You will be given the choice to cancel your order, if you do not want to wait for the new release date.

If you ordered available items together with a pre-order item, then your entire order will be shipped on the pre-order's release date.

Shipping costs are determined by the weight, shipping method, and delivery address of your order. You will see your total shipping costs at checkout before you are asked to provide your payment information.

Please note that addresses outside the United States may have additional handling fees. You are responsible for any and all import taxes, tariffs, and duties which may be levied by your Customs or Government or other authority upon any parcel we send to you.

Please check your Spam/Junk folder. If it's not in any of your folders, please contact us and we'll help figure out the problem. It is possible you may have entered your email address incorrectly.

Please note that some apparel may feel sticky due to a treatment spray used while printing onto the apparel. To preserve the print and remove the spray, use the instructions below.

Wash with similar colors.Use cold water settings.Tumble dry with low temperatures or hang to air dry.
